    This policy has been designed to protect both our customers and our brand, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023) and GCC consumer rights standards.

    01 — What is a HoneyBank Subscription?

    A HoneyBank subscription is a recurring delivery plan that lets you receive your favourite HoneyBank products automatically, at a fixed frequency, at a preferential price — along with exclusive subscriber-only benefits. By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment period to ensure you receive the full value of your plan.

    02 — Subscriber Benefits

    Every active HoneyBank subscriber receives the following benefits from their very first order:

    • AED 25 additional discount on top of any existing product discounts
    • Free 150g Sidr Honey (valued at AED 35) included with every delivery

    These benefits have a combined value of AED 60 per order and are provided as our commitment to long-term subscribers.


    03 — Subscription Plans & Frequency

    Choose the delivery frequency that works best for you:

    Every 2 Months Every 60 days

    Your selected frequency is locked in at sign-up. To change your delivery frequency, contact our team and we will update it before your next billing cycle.


    04 — Commitment Period

    To participate in the HoneyBank subscription programme, customers must complete a minimum of 2 subscription cycles before being eligible to cancel through the self-service portal.

    In plain terms: You must receive and pay for at least 2 deliveries before you can cancel via the portal. This commitment is clearly disclosed at sign-up.

    The commitment period exists because we provide significant upfront value (AED 60 per order) that is only sustainable through a minimum recurring relationship. You will be notified before each billing cycle via email.


    05 — Your Right to Cancel

    We respect your consumer rights under UAE Federal Law and GCC standards.

    After 2nd delivery: You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal — with no charges and no questions asked.

    Cooling-off period: You have a 24-hour window from the moment of your very first subscription order. If you cancel within this window and the order has not yet been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund with no penalty.

    Exceptional circumstances: Cancellations due to medical conditions, relocation outside the GCC, or verifiable personal hardship will be reviewed compassionately and resolved within 5 business days.

    Your rights are protected. We will never refuse to process a cancellation request. You will always have a path to cancel — even if the portal is locked, our team is available to assist.


    06 — Early Cancellation (Before 2nd Delivery)

    If you wish to cancel before completing your 2nd delivery, we understand that circumstances arise. Here is what applies:

    As a goodwill gesture, rather than holding your subscription active or pursuing the full contract value, we offer a clean exit for a one-time Early Exit Fee of AED 60 — this directly reflects the value of the subscriber benefits you received (AED 25 discount + AED 35 Sidr Honey gift).

    This policy is not punitive. It simply ensures that the benefits extended to subscribers are not exploited. Customers with genuine hardship are always treated with understanding — contact us and we will find a fair resolution.


    07 — How to Cancel, Skip, or Pause

    After your 2nd delivery, you have full control:

    1. Log in to your HoneyBank account at honeybankuae.com
    2. Navigate to My Account → Manage Subscription
    3. Select Cancel, Skip Next Order, or Pause Subscription
    4. Confirm your choice and receive an email confirmation within 24 hours

    Early cancellation — contact us directly:

    Early requests are reviewed within 3 business days.


    08 — Refund Policy

    Damaged or incorrect items Full replacement or refund — report within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
    Order dispatched (within cooling-off) Refund processed after return in original unopened condition; return shipping covered by HoneyBank
    Cancellation after 2nd delivery (order already dispatched) No refund for dispatched orders; cancellation applies to future deliveries only

    09 — Delivery & Billing Schedule

    Subscription deliveries are scheduled according to your chosen frequency from the date of your first order. You will receive a reminder 1-3 days before each billing date so you are never charged unexpectedly.

    Notification schedule:

    • 1-3 days before billing — Email reminder
    • Billing day — Order confirmation
    • Dispatch notification with tracking link
    • Delivery confirmation

    If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will make one additional attempt. If both attempts fail, the order is returned. A replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost if the fault was on our end.


    10 — Discounts & Promotional Codes

    Subscription products are already priced with exclusive subscriber benefits applied. As a result:

    ❌ Standard discount codes are not applicable to subscription orders by default — your subscription pricing already reflects a preferential rate plus the AED 25 additional subscriber discount.

    ✅ Subscription-specific promotions may be offered from time to time and will be communicated via email, applied automatically where eligible.

    ✅ Total order discounts configured specifically for subscription orders will apply as intended.

    If you believe a promotion should apply to your subscription, contact our team and we will review it manually.


    11 — Fair Use & Re-Subscription

    To protect the integrity of the programme:

    ❌ Customers who exit early (before completing 2 cycles) via the Early Exit Fee will be subject to a cooling-off restriction before re-subscribing to the same product.

    ✅ Customers who complete 2 or more cycles before cancelling may re-subscribe at any time without restriction.

    ❌ Repeated early cancellations or abuse of subscriber benefits may result in subscription privileges being reviewed or suspended.

    This policy is not intended to penalise genuine customers. Customers with real concerns will always be treated fairly.
