Shipping Policy

At HoneyBank®, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely across the United Arab Emirates through our trusted delivery partner Swftbox.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once processed, orders are handed over to Swftbox for delivery.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE:

• 1–2 business days for most locations
• 2–3 business days for remote areas

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on all orders above 80 AED
• Orders below 80 AED may incur a delivery fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking notification from Swftbox so you can monitor your shipment status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns & Delivery Issues

In case a delivery cannot be completed, Swftbox may process the return shipment automatically.
