    Return & Refund Policy

    At HoneyBank®, we take pride in delivering high-quality honey and natural products. Due to the nature of food and wellness products, the following conditions apply to all returns and refunds.

    This policy is drafted in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended by Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2023) and its Executive Regulations (Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023). HoneyBank® is committed to upholding consumer rights as defined by the Ministry of Economy's Consumer Protection Department and the relevant local Department of Economic Development.

    How Refunds Are Issued

    Refunds are issued as HoneyBank® store credit, which can be used on any product across our range and does not expire. Store credit is applied to your HoneyBank® account within 1–3 business days of approval.

    Cash refunds to the original payment method are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, as outlined under Damaged or Incorrect Orders.

    30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Selected Products)

    We stand behind the quality of our flagship products. If you are not satisfied with the results of either:

    1. Herbal Extract Honey
    2. Auravic Power Honey

    you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds under this guarantee are issued as HoneyBank® store credit for the full value of the product.

    This guarantee applies only to the products listed above.

    Returns for Sealed Products

    For all other HoneyBank® products, returns are accepted only if the product is:

    1. Unused

    2. Unopened

    3. In its original sealed packaging

    Once a food or wellness product has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

    If the product remains sealed and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are reimbursed as store credit.

    Opened Products — Not Satisfied With Results

    We understand natural products work differently for everyone. While opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if you are not satisfied with your results we may issue store credit at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team to discuss.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Our team may request photos of the product and packaging to resolve the issue quickly.

    If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full cash refund to your original payment method, at your choice.

    Returns Process

    In most cases, returns are handled through our delivery partner Swftbox. Our support team will guide you through the process once a return is approved.

    Please contact us before sending any product back to ensure proper processing.

    Refund Processing

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved store credit is added to your account within 1–3 business days. Cash refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
